Specialty Materials: POM-Like High-Hardness, Flame-Retardant and High-Temperature Resistant Series

ABS is a durable, high-strength production-grade thermoplastic used across many industries. Combined with design validation through digital manufacturing, this thermoplastic is an ideal material for producing concept models. It is widely used in many fields with requirements for impact resistance and structural ductility, and is an ideal raw material for rapid sampling in the pre-production stage.

ABS I is an ideal material for concept and functional model making and digital production, with better hardness than ordinary ABS. ABS I's translucent material is suitable for products with requirements on material grain direction and light transmission. ABS I is the most widely used material in the medical and automotive industries.

ABS-M30 is 25%–70% stronger than ABS. It is an ideal material for concept and functional models, tooling and finished parts. ABS-M30 offers better ductility and compressive strength, and higher flexural strength than ABS. Its interlayer adhesion is noticeably better than ABS, making it suitable for producing highly durable parts.

ABS-M30i is a high-strength material, highly suitable for medical, pharmaceutical and food packaging applications. Products made with ABS-M30i are biocompatible (compliant with ISO 10993 USP Class VI) and can withstand Gamma and ETO sterilization.

ABS-ESD7 is anti-static: it will not produce electrostatic shocks or cause the adhesion of powders, dust or other fine particles. It is widely used for production fixtures and tooling equipment required in electronic component assembly, and can also be used for model making for energy storage and transport equipment, as well as for producing enclosures, outer frames and packaging.

PC-ISO is an industrial-grade thermoplastic; before any treatment, products made from it are biocompatible (compliant with ISO 10993 USP Class VI) and can withstand Gamma and ETO sterilization. PC-ISO is widely used for food and pharmaceutical packaging, and thanks to its high strength and medical compatibility it can also be used in the production of medical devices.

PC-ABS is one of the most widely used industrial-grade thermoplastics. PC-ABS combines the superior strength and heat resistance of PC with the flexibility of ABS. PC-ABS is commonly used in the automotive, electronics and communications equipment industries.

ULTEM 9085 is a thermoplastic with high flame retardancy, suitable for direct digital production and rapid prototyping. This unique property makes it an excellent choice for commercial transportation — especially in the manufacture of space, marine and ground vehicles.

PPSF/PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) has excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for the aerospace, automotive and medical industries.
