Our extensive material library meets diverse needs for rigidity, toughness, heat resistance, transparency and biocompatibility. Whether for ergonomic research, microscopic analysis, or pre-production engineering evaluation and functional testing, we can provide the most suitable 3D printing material solution to accelerate your product from R&D to market.

A high-performance ceramic 3D printer based on ceramic 3D printing technology using special photocurable ceramic paste raw materials (ceramic 3D printing materials include alumina (Al2O3), zirconia (ZrO2), hydroxyapatite (HAP) and tricalcium phosphate (TCP)). It uses CAD data directly with no need for molds, allows design diversity, and permits design changes on the computer at any time with no restrictions on structure or shape (undercuts, honeycomb structures and internal cavities). It offers excellent surface quality and enables fast, economical production of high-performance functional ceramic parts, with material properties no lower than parts mass-produced by traditional methods (pressing or injection molding, etc.). It is widely used in industry, aerospace, jewelry, luxury accessories and medical implants.
Ceramic 3D Printing Technical Specifications
1. Maximum build size of the ceramic 3D printer: 76 x 43 x 105 mm;
2. 3D printing layer thickness: 25 µm – 100 µm;
3. In-plane resolution: 40 µm (365 dpi);

Ceramic 3D Printing Process Flow
1. Design the 3D model in CAD data and convert the design file to .STL format;
2. The 3D printing engineer sets slicing parameters and printer parameters on the computer;
3. Input the configured parameters into the printer and print the product layer by layer until the whole model is complete;
4. Remove the sample, clean it, and place it into the debinding and sintering furnace;
5. Carry out post-processing surface treatment if required;
