Are 3D printing materials the same as traditional manufacturing?
These are generally chemically synthesized. The physical properties of 3D printing materials such as PLA, ABS, PLA+, PC and nylon reach about 85% of those of ABS, PC and nylon used in injection molding. In most cases, materials of the same grade type can be used.

How Large a 3D Model Can You Support?
In our additive services, we control 3D-printed parts as precisely as possible within the minimum tolerance range and maximum printable size. The maximum print size varies by material: plastics 810×620×590 mm, metal parts 500×500×400 mm.

Will additively manufactured products have issues when molded in the future?
Additively manufactured 3D-printed products can be extremely complex and usually need to be split into several molds for mass production. We therefore ask about customer needs in advance and take future molding requirements into account during design.

How are our prices calculated?
The manufacturing price includes material costs, labor costs and post-processing hours — it is a comprehensive price. Depending on the complexity of the model, parts of the same weight may receive different quotations, so it cannot be calculated simply by price per unit weight. Our quotation software provides a comprehensive quotation that simulates the entire manufacturing process and is in principle the final quotation.

How is after-sales service handled for manufactured products?
Since most products are custom-made, we confirm requirements with the customer during the design stage. The smart manufacturing stage matches the design model exactly, so there will be no manufacturing errors. If an error occurs during manufacturing, we will refund the full manufacturing fee.
