Small-Batch Services

Fixtures

Fixtures are process devices used during machining to quickly clamp workpieces and keep the machine tool, cutting tool and workpiece in the correct relative position. Fixtures are indispensable auxiliary products in assembly-line machining and often need to be replaced when product types change. Traditional tooling is not cost-effective; with 3D printing, not only is the tooling cost reduced, but fixtures can be more complex with a wider range of applications. Driven by 3D technology, fixture technology is moving toward high precision, high efficiency and intelligence.

Model Display

The purpose of model display is to showcase a product's appearance and performance, build the brand, and enable intuitive communication and interaction with customers.
Samples made in small-batch production are a small number of physical items that represent product quality; they serve both for product quality inspection and for external model display. Before mass production, they are made and processed by the producer in advance according to the product design, and the model sample standard becomes the delivery standard for the goods in a transaction.

Final Usable Products

Final products are the counterpart of "intermediate products" — goods produced in a given period that are not further processed in the same period and are available for final consumption and use. 3D printing is a type of rapid prototyping technology that builds objects layer by layer from digital model files using bondable materials such as metal powder or plastics. 3D printing can quickly produce final usable products including, but not limited to, shoes, glasses, dentures and the Liangzhu Lamp.

Fixtures for Electr

Due to production needs, the customer urgently expanded its production line and needed to procure 700 sets of fixtures at short notice. Because the quantity was small, time was tight and re-tooling costs were high, the original injection molding factory was unwilling to take the order. Shandi accepted the customer's small-batch production order and completed 700 sets of fixtures within one day using its own flexible production line, delivering on time.

Scaled Model of Sha

Overseas project construction is often delayed for various reasons, and even domestic projects of the same scale require a six-month construction cycle. Shandi used scaled 3D-printed models to help avoid risks; in the formal construction phase, a process container plus E-house substation model shortened the construction cycle to three months, greatly reducing the project timeline and civil construction costs.
